I want you to feel happy and confident about your purchase from A Cozy Hanger and A Bit of Cozy. Because many of my items are thoughtfully curated, pre-loved pieces and small-batch paper goods, I ask that you please read the descriptions and sizing information carefully before purchasing.
Returns
I gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
If you would like to request a return, please contact me within 15 days and include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return. I’ll provide you with the next steps.
Clothing Returns — A Cozy Hanger
All clothing must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Items must be free from perfume, smoke, pet odors, or other strong scents.
Any original tags must remain attached.
Items should be returned in their original condition, without stains, damage, or signs of wear.
Please take care when trying on pre-loved clothing, as these pieces have been carefully inspected and selected for the shop.
If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements, the return may not be accepted.
A Bit of Cozy — Snail Mail & Stickers
Due to the nature of paper goods, snail mail, stickers, stationery, and other small paper products are generally non-returnable once opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with an item missing, please contact me within 15 days of delivery and include a brief description of the issue. Photos may be requested so I can help resolve the problem.
Return Shipping
Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or was sent incorrectly, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please keep your tracking information until your return has been received and processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll let you know whether your return has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.
